Josef Frank used this model for various interiors in Vienna, as well as in the exhibition “Wien und die Wiener”, held at the Vienna Messepalast in 1927, where he exhibited a model room for the City of Vienna’s council housing blocks. For Haus & Garten, Vienna, c. 1927/30.
Stained beech. In original condition with some traces of wear and age, beautiful patina. Height 90.5 cm, width 58 cm, depth 54 cm, height of seat 44 cm.
