Pair of rare and unique armchairs designed by Jan Vanek for Krásná Jizba, former Czechoslovakia in 1940´s.
It features a woven canvas seat and beech wood frame. In very good original condition with beautiful patina on the wood. Both the wood and the fabric were expertly cleaned. The cushions are removable and are in very good original condition.
Jan Vaněk, renowned Czech designer was contemporary and coworker of Jindřich Halabala and first director of the world-famous UP Závody. Dimensions: H 75 cm, W 65 cm, D 83 cm, seat height 40 cm.
